iPEPS provides spaces equipped with the latest technologies to foster the development of innovations. These spaces are available for both the startup studio and the accelerator.
Technical Spaces

L1-Type Laboratories
iPEPS offers shared or private laboratories, equipped with or without fume hoods, along with laundry services, access to autoclaves, and discounted consumables through the Institut du Cerveau store. Startups also have access to shared storage spaces, including cold rooms and freezers at -20°C and -80°C. Currently, iPEPS hosts six L1 laboratories, totaling 160 m² of space dedicated to technological development for biotechnology projects and startups.

Prototyping Laboratory
With expertise in design, electronics, mechanics, and programming, the engineers from the R&D Units platform can meet your design and production needs. They also offer training for autonomous use of the machines. The lab is equipped with various technologies, including 3D printing, laser cutting, and fabrication and measurement tools for electronics.

Technology Platforms
Paris Brain Institute offers access to over a dozen state-of-the-art technology platforms dedicated to neuroscience research. These facilities include equipment for cell culture, sequencing, histology, and imaging (MRI, PET, EEG), providing researchers and startups with the tools needed to bring their innovative projects to life.

Shared Spaces
Incubated startups have access to communal areas, including dining zones and relaxation spaces, fostering collaboration and well-being. They can also book Paris Brain Institute facilities for larger events, such as meeting rooms and an auditorium, to support their growth and initiatives.

Meeting Rooms
iPEPS provides around ten meeting rooms and coworking spaces, perfect for networking, presentations, or collaborative work sessions. These spaces are designed to boost productivity and creativity for the incubated startups.

Office Workspaces
iPEPS offers 117 workstations across 535 m², including private offices and open spaces. These workspaces are located both within the Institut du Cerveau and in the Chevaleret building, just a 10-minute walk away, ensuring a flexible and dynamic working environment for incubated startups.
